What we collect

When you submit an enquiry on this website we collect the mobile number you provide (mandatory) and, if you choose to share them, your name, email address, locality, preferred test-ride date, the model or variant you are interested in and any message you write.

We do not collect payment details, Aadhaar, PAN or any government ID through this website.

Why we collect it

Your details are used only to contact you about your enquiry — sharing on-road prices, EMI and finance options, arranging a test ride, booking a vehicle, and following up on service or delivery.

We may send you occasional offers from our showroom. You can ask us to stop at any time by telling our team on a call or on WhatsApp.

Who can see it

Your enquiry is visible only to the sales team of SG TVS, Bhubaneswar. It is not sold, rented or traded.

Where required to process a booking or a loan, we may share the minimum necessary details with TVS Motor Company or with the financing bank / NBFC you choose. They handle your data under their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months so our team can follow up and honour warranty or service commitments, after which they are deleted from our records.

Cookies and analytics

This website stores your light/dark theme choice in your browser's local storage. It does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, correct them, or delete them entirely. Call the showroom or message us on WhatsApp and we will action the request within 30 days.
